This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and how clients can access their data when using our services.
1. Information We Collect
When you visit our website, contact us, request a quote, create an account, or subscribe to our services, we may collect:

- How you found us: where you came from (for example a search engine, a social network, or a link with campaign tags) and the first page you visited. This is sent to us only with a form you choose to send.
We collect information reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide estimates.
- Build, maintain, and support subscribed websites.
- Manage subscriptions, invoices, and payments.
- Configure authorized third-party integrations.
- Provide customer support and project updates.
- Improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information.
3. Payments & Stripe
We use Stripe to process subscription payments and applicable setup fees.
Payment card details are processed through Stripe's payment services.
AVENiD does not store complete card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.
We may receive limited billing information, such as transaction status, payment method type, billing details, and the last four digits of a payment card.
Stripe handles payment information according to its own privacy and security policies.
5. Third-Party Services
Some AVENiD websites and services connect with independent providers, including:
- Payment processing platforms.
- Reservation and booking systems.
- Online ordering services.
- Domain registrars.
- Email and communication services.
- Analytics and technical infrastructure providers.
These companies maintain their own privacy policies, data practices, and security procedures.
AVENiD may share or access information as reasonably necessary to provide authorized integrations and support.
We remain responsible for our own handling of personal information and applicable legal obligations.
6. Client Accounts & Business Data
Whenever supported by the third-party provider, connected business accounts will be registered under the client's business information and maintained with the client's ownership or administrative control.
Clients retain their applicable rights to their business information, customer records, reservations, orders, transactions, and other business data.
AVENiD may access client information only as reasonably necessary to deliver authorized services, configure integrations, provide support, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.
We do not use confidential client business data for unrelated purposes without appropriate authorization.
7. Client Data Access & Export
Clients may request access to or export of their eligible business data during their subscription or when they decide to leave AVENiD.
Upon a verified and authorized request, AVENiD will provide or assist in exporting available business data that it holds or can lawfully access.
This may include:
- Customer records.
- Reservation and booking information.
- Order history.
- Available transaction records.
- Original business content.
- Other relevant business data associated with the client's services.
Data will be provided in a commonly used, reasonably accessible format where technically supported.
For information stored in third-party systems, clients may export their data through the provider's available tools. AVENiD will provide reasonable assistance with supported access or handover procedures.
Exports are subject to identity verification, applicable privacy laws, security requirements, third-party restrictions, and the availability of the requested information.
AVENiD will not intentionally withhold eligible business data to require continued use of its website subscription services.
8. Website Code & Design Are Not Client Data
AVENiD's proprietary website source code, layouts, templates, designs, internal software, and custom-developed systems are separate from client business data.
These materials remain the intellectual property of AVENiD LLC.
Clients subscribe to the right to use the website and associated software during their active subscription. Subscription and setup payments do not transfer ownership of those materials.
Data access and export requests do not include AVENiD's proprietary source code, website design files, templates, or software.
This distinction does not limit a client's applicable rights to their personal information, original business content, or eligible business data.
For additional details, please review our Terms & Conditions.
9. What Happens to Your Data When You Leave
When a client cancels an AVENiD website subscription, access to the AVENiD-provided website and proprietary systems ends according to the Terms & Conditions.
Clients retain their registered domains, original business content, and applicable rights to their business data.
Clients also retain or receive the administrative access available for their independent third-party accounts, subject to each provider's terms.
AVENiD will cooperate with reasonable account handover procedures and remove its own access where appropriate.
Clients may continue using their independent third-party accounts and exporting available data through the applicable providers.
Business data held directly by AVENiD will be made available for eligible export requests according to applicable agreements, technical capabilities, security requirements, and legal obligations.
After termination, data may be retained or deleted according to our retention practices and applicable law.
11. Information Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal and business information.
These may include encrypted connections, restricted administrative access, authentication controls, and trusted infrastructure providers.
No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If a security incident occurs, we will investigate and provide notifications where required by applicable law.
To protect our forms from spam and abuse, we check messages automatically and keep a short record of blocked attempts, such as the email address and IP address, for up to 13 months.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, protecting security, and complying with legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the information, service, and applicable requirements.
When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or securely dispose of it.
Certain records may be retained longer when required or permitted by law.

14. Children's Privacy
AVENiD's own website and services are intended primarily for businesses and adults.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our own website.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to AVENiD, please contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
